The customer, a global cloud management software provider, faced a significant challenge as its existing system was unable to scale to handle countless simultaneous requests from partners for security score processing. The system was bogged down, preventing near real-time data refresh and reporting. MAQ Software was engaged to optimize and scale the data pipelines to manage this high volume of traffic.

MAQ Software implemented a solution using Azure Data Explorer (ADX) for real-time data storage and processing, Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data movement, and Azure Event Grid to manage request queues and ensure performance. The solution successfully enabled the handling of up to 250 simultaneous requests and provided near real-time data refreshes. By publishing real-time reporting insights with Power BI Embedded, MAQ Software delivered a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient system that met the customer's primary goals.
