An Am Law 50 firm with more than 1,700 attorneys across 29 U.S. offices needed a better way to manage its hybrid workplace and help attorneys coordinate in-office time for collaboration and networking. The firm also wanted a more consistent, modern approach to office mapping and desk visibility across locations, and selected Maptician to support its return-to-office strategy.

Maptician rolled out its presence and mapping platform across all 29 U.S. offices, giving attorneys and staff real-time visibility into who is in the office, where they are seated, and who will be in the office in the future. With Maptician, the firm standardized floor plans and map UX/UI across offices, replaced handwritten or inconsistent maps, and made it easy to search for people and find exact locations with one click. The firm reported the technology as a big success and said it was just getting started with plans to add more features.
