VIA Outlets Reducing Environmental Impact with Digital Maps

VIA Outlets, Europe’s fastest‑growing premium outlet operator with 11 centres across 9 countries and over 1,100 stores, wanted to reduce its environmental impact by eliminating printed maps and provide a consistent, multi‑language digital wayfinding experience across its portfolio. To achieve this, VIA Outlets partnered with Mappedin and selected Mappedin’s Responsive Web App, Map Editor and CMS (with permission levels) to digitize and centrally manage venue maps.

Mappedin delivered a Responsive Web App integrated into VIA Outlets’ websites and a Map Editor/CMS that lets each Account Executive update their venue and toggle languages as needed. The solution digitized maps for all 11 centres, reduced paper usage and supported VIA Outlets’ sustainability goals while improving the shopper experience — covering 11 centres in 9 countries and 1,100+ stores thanks to Mappedin’s platform.
