To solve this, Miracle Mile Shops partnered with Mappedin and implemented Mappedin’s Responsive Web App along with blue dot wayfinding and a conversational AI integration.
Mappedin embedded interactive 3D maps into Miracle Mile Shops’ website and mobile browsers, enabling search, category browse, promotions, turn‑by‑turn routing and real‑time blue dot location across the center. The Mappedin solution, integrated with Satisfi Labs’ “Jules” chatbot, gives guests an end‑to‑end experience—improving discovery and navigation for visitors across the 150+ venues and simplifying on‑site wayfinding, a result highlighted by Miracle Mile Shops’ marketing leadership.
