Mallplaza, a South American mall group operating 25 centers across Chile, Peru, and Colombia, sought a digital mapping solution that could simplify the shopper experience while handling the complexity of managing maps across a large portfolio. To evaluate options they piloted Mappedin’s platform and Map Editor to see if the vendor could deliver both a consumer-facing mapping experience and a centralized tool for multi-venue management.

Mappedin implemented its Responsive Web Application (3D interactive maps with wayfinding, smart search, category listings, accessibility mode and optimized pathing) together with the Mappedin CMS/Map Editor and a dedicated onboarding program. The result: all 25 Mallplaza venues are now powered by Mappedin, edits publish in real time across properties, store and promotional updates are managed from one tool, and Mallplaza reported a successful pilot and improved customer experience via Mappedin’s platform and support.
