Hudson Yards New York, a 28‑acre mixed‑use neighborhood on Manhattan’s West Side, needed scalable wayfinding to guide an estimated 125,000 daily visitors across retail, offices, residences and public spaces. They engaged Mappedin (through Intersection and Related) to provide a customizable mapping and navigation solution, using Mappedin Web, the Web SDK and on‑site digital directories.

Mappedin delivered a responsive web app, interactive digital directories and a novel building‑to‑building navigation feature tailored to Hudson Yards’ complex architecture. The implementation helped direct the site’s large daily visitor volume, improved visitor engagement and satisfaction, and expanded the partnership—informing new features on Mappedin’s product roadmap.
