Al Bidda Park, one of Doha’s oldest and most popular parks, wanted a better way to help visitors navigate the venue and discover key amenities, events, and activities. The park worked with Mappedin and its SDKs to create a customized mobile mapping experience that could guide guests from the moment they arrived.
Mappedin implemented a React Native SDK with right-to-left (RTL) text support, enabling Al Bidda Park to launch a cross-platform mobile app for both Android and iOS. The solution added turn-by-turn directions, location awareness, searchable points of interest, event details, and booking information for amenities like gazebo spots, creating a more efficient and convenient visitor experience, though no specific usage metrics were provided.
