LivePerson, a web startup, tasked Mapos Architects with designing a new sustainable headquarters in New York City that would also support their company culture. A key challenge was creating a design process that actively involved all 100 members of their staff.

Mapos implemented a highly collaborative process using interactive meetings and models to gather employee input. A core part of their solution was the creative reuse of the previous tenant's furnishings, such as turning old desks into walls. This sustainable approach by Mapos was a major factor in achieving the design for under $100 per square foot, significantly reducing waste by limiting the number of dumpsters needed for removal.
