The solution implemented by Mapiq involved equipping the office with over 400 sensors and a single application for employees to organize their office days. This provided seamless workplace management and unlocked a continuous stream of data on space usage. The results were highly successful, with the new office recognized as a global benchmark. Employee feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the data insights allowed for continuous optimization, such as right-sizing locker systems to free up space.
