Danone, the food company headquartered in Amsterdam, wanted a future-proof workplace that could better support employee well-being, growth, and activity-based working. Its former office near Schiphol no longer met its needs, so Danone looked for a flexible workplace solution and partnered with Mapiq, using Mapiq’s workplace experience platform to help employees navigate the new environment.

Mapiq implemented a digital workplace solution that let Danone employees find desks, locate colleagues, and book meeting rooms more easily, while giving management occupancy data to improve space planning. The results included 900k+ sq ft of office space digitized, 5,138 employees using Mapiq within the first three months, and LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications, alongside gains in productivity, satisfaction, and lower workplace cost and CO2 footprint.
