A&B Courier, a cross‑border courier and freight provider in Canada and the USA, needed more accurate routing and estimated delivery times to maintain fast, reliable service. To address map inaccuracies—like missing turn restrictions, wrong speed limits and unmapped service lanes—they turned to Mapillary and its Mapillary Dashcam to capture street‑level imagery from their actual routes.

A&B Courier equipped fleet vehicles with Mapillary Dashcams, collecting more than two million images over 3,600 km in Toronto and uploading imagery within hours to inform map edits (shared with Mapbox). Using Mapillary’s imagery plus driver reports, map errors were corrected, estimated driving times became more accurate, on‑time deliveries improved, and fleet utilization increased. Mapillary’s solution delivered measurable route coverage and rapid data turnaround that directly improved A&B Courier’s operational reliability.
