Walki Plasbel chooses Mapex’s MES system to keep growing

Walki Plasbel, a manufacturer of recycled and biodegradable plastic packaging, needed a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support its expansion and new production line. Their priorities were finding a solution from a vendor with a proven track record of fast implementation and excellent after-sales support. They chose the Mapex MES system based on positive feedback from their network.

Mapex first implemented its Production, Quality, Traceability, and IoT modules, completing the initial phase in record time. The solution was then rolled out across the entire plant, including a complex extrusion area that previously relied on paper and Excel. The deployment was smooth, with Mapex providing strong technical support and a flexible platform. As a result, Walki Plasbel successfully digitized its operations, improved data capture, and continues to work with Mapex on further improvements, including adding a maintenance (CMMS) module.
