Samsung's Digital Cockpit, a co-development with HARMAN, set out to deliver a safety-first, highly polished connected-car experience showcased at CES. The challenge was to provide AR navigation, incident alerts and driver-safety tools across eight interior displays, making consistent, accessible maps and guidance available to both driver and passengers while leveraging V2X and 5G connectivity.

Using Mapbox’s Navigation, Maps for Android and Vision SDKs, the team built multi-screen maps and AR navigation customized with tailored fonts, colors and labels to match the cockpit design. The result was an engaging, interactive in-vehicle experience that demonstrated seamless, safety-focused mapping across screens and drew strong attention at CES.
