The solution from MAPAL Group involved a gradual rollout of its workforce management tool with an advanced scheduling optimization engine. This was later enhanced through a pioneering Digital Twin project to simulate and maximize operational efficiency. The results were significant, with KFC Spain franchises improving productivity by 2.9% and lowering labor costs by 2.65%, while managers greatly reduced the time spent on administrative rostering tasks.
