Constellation part of Levy Restaurants rolls out large-scale training with Flow Learning

Levy Restaurants, part of Compass Group, faced the challenge of restructuring its recruitment, onboarding, and training processes when the COVID-19 pandemic prevented traditional face-to-face methods. The goal for its workforce partner, Constellation, was to create a connected, well-trained workforce with consistent standards. To address this, they turned to the MAPAL Group and implemented its Flow Learning platform.

MAPAL Group provided a solution through the Flow Learning management platform, which featured bespoke, branded training modules tailored to Levy's various venues. This enabled a complete shift to online training and a streamlined application process. The results were significant, including reducing the average time from application to onboarding from twenty days to just five. Over 5,000 new starters were assigned induction training, leading to a faster, more efficient, and scalable onboarding system.
