Victory Points Social, a chat advertising strategy agency, worked with Shopify expert Jen Ritchie to launch her high-ticket coaching program, SOS eCommerce Academy, through a five-day Shopify challenge. Their challenge was to generate quality leads and strong attendance without wasting ad spend or overwhelming Jen’s team with repetitive customer questions and reminders.
Using Manychat, Victory Points Social built a Messenger concierge, “Betty Bot,” and ran Clicks-to-Messenger ads to promote the $27 bootcamp, deliver lesson materials, reminders, replays, and daily homework prompts, and drive upsells to higher-ticket offers. The campaign brought in 215 participants, achieved a 25% average show-up rate each day, increased academy signups from 20 to 32, and generated more than $127,000 in launch sales from $5,000 in ad spend.
