How PXS School of Excellence Used ManyChat to 10X Lead Volume in One Month

PXS School of Excellence, part of PXS Global, needed a more scalable way to generate and qualify leads for its 70+ Lean Six Sigma and other certification programs across Latin America. The school had been relying on boosted and organic Facebook posts, plus manual lead qualification, but the process wasn’t efficient enough as demand grew. Manychat’s Messenger-based lead generation tools were used to help solve this challenge.

Manychat, working with PXS’s agency TBS Marketing, implemented click-to-Messenger ads, Facebook Comments Growth Tool automation, and a Messenger qualification flow that captured contact details and routed qualified leads to the CRM via Zapier. The result was a 10X increase in lead volume in one month, more than 200 qualified leads per day, and 85% lower cost per conversion, along with an 850% increase in organic engagement.
