NuggetBot, a campaign created by Days of Nuggets to support Operation Underground Railroad, needed a way to keep people engaged during its fundraiser and encourage more people to donate. They worked with ManyChat, using chat marketing and Messenger flows to capture attendee details, share event information, and maintain interest before and during the live mega event.
ManyChat helped NuggetBot build a system with website pop-ups, smart follow-up delays, donation prompts, referral URLs, share flows, and live-event keywords in Messenger. The campaign raised over $45,000 for Operation Underground Railroad in under six weeks, grew subscribers from 43 to 304 without paid traffic, and generated strong engagement, including a 5.7% pop-up conversion rate, 100% open rate, and 89% CTR.
