LEO L’assistente Virtuale, a Venice-based advertising agency, used Manychat’s Chat Marketing tools to help one of its fitness clients solve a common challenge: generating new gym membership leads after Facebook engagement and lead volume had declined. The client needed a better way to attract prospects and drive sign-ups for monthly memberships, especially around a Halloween promotion.

Using Manychat, LEO L’assistente Virtuale launched a “Trick or Treat” quiz campaign in Messenger, promoted through a Facebook post with a Messenger Ref URL and Comment Growth Tool. The interactive campaign ran for 30 days and produced 300 new leads and €10,000 in new gym memberships, delivering new sign-ups at a fraction of the company’s usual lead cost.
