Layout International, a Dubai-based provider of customizable enterprise content and asset management solutions serving 200+ clients, faced a high-load search challenge: indexing and searching more than 10 million multi-language documents (including Arabic and other right-to-left, unsegmented languages) and supporting 150 million pageviews while making rich metadata fully searchable. They engaged Manticore Search to provide a search solution that could handle complex, multilingual, metadata-rich content at scale.

Manticore Search implemented custom text tokenization to handle unsegmented and RTL languages, enabled JSON support for schemaless content, and deployed the solution on a single server.
