Unicef UK scales agile working across Public Engagement with Manifesto

The customer, UNICEF UK, faced a challenge in increasing its yearly income and contribution rates in line with its organizational requirements. To drive better efficiencies and support future growth, the charity underwent a restructure and formed a new Public Engagement team. UNICEF UK partnered with vendor Manifesto to co-create and design new agile ways of leading, planning, and delivering work for this team.

Manifesto began with a Discovery phase to identify limiting factors and define a shared ambition. Through design sessions and stakeholder interviews, they co-created a new strategic framework and introduced agile ways of working. This solution allowed the Public Engagement team to prioritize outcomes and respond more quickly to changing demands, making their activities more relevant, effective, and efficient. The partnership equipped the team to fulfil its purpose and identified opportunities to scale this new way of planning across the wider UNICEF UK organization.
