Vanity Fair Brands, a Fruit of the Loom subsidiary managing its European business from a distribution centre in Barcelona, faced rising complexity from new sales channels, higher-volume sourcing from the Far East and an aging legacy WMS that limited visibility, slowed processes and produced poor inventory accuracy. The company needed an end-to-end upgrade to handle growing order volumes, improve stock visibility and prepare for peak seasons without major capital expansion.

Vanity Fair standardised European operations with Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management, Slotting Optimisation and Supply Chain Intelligence—implemented with regional partner Supply Nexus—and added Vocollect voice technology to enable multi-order picking and paper-free customer handling. The project consolidated operations into one DC, optimised 20,000+ SKUs, increased productivity and inventory accuracy, improved customer service, lowered holding costs, and was completed on time and on budget in time for the Christmas season.
