Vanity Fair standardised European operations with Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management, Slotting Optimisation and Supply Chain Intelligence—implemented with regional partner Supply Nexus—and added Vocollect voice technology to enable multi-order picking and paper-free customer handling. The project consolidated operations into one DC, optimised 20,000+ SKUs, increased productivity and inventory accuracy, improved customer service, lowered holding costs, and was completed on time and on budget in time for the Christmas season.
