Trendy International Group is a leading Chinese fashion retailer (founded 1999) with 2,000+ stores and four distribution centres supporting a growing omnichannel business, where ecommerce already accounts for ~8% of revenue. The company’s legacy ERP lacked supply-chain functionality and flexibility, weakening inventory accuracy, single-order picking and decentralized fulfilment — bottlenecks that threatened service levels and future growth.

Trendy implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management across all four DCs (e‑commerce DC live within two months), automating picking, stock-taking and fulfilment and enabling system-directed, decentralised order fulfilment. Results include up to 10% higher productivity, a 3% improvement in pick accuracy, ~8,000 daily outbound orders processed, shorter order‑to‑delivery times, fewer inventory shutdowns and improved service across online and offline channels.
