The Sultan Center (TSC) is Kuwait’s largest independent retailer and a major importer of foreign-branded food products across the Middle East. Rapid expansion, stricter health ministry import and storage requirements, and plans to grow into new markets outstripped the capabilities of its bespoke legacy warehouse system, creating a need for better visibility, compliance tracking and operational efficiency.

TSC implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management for Open Systems and Supply Chain Intelligence across four Kuwaiti sites, restoring operations within eight weeks after a warehouse fire and rolling out improved workflows. The solutions delivered faster health-compliance processing to shelf, higher pick accuracy and rates, superior inventory control, and the visibility needed to support ongoing expansion and further efficiency gains in phase two.
