A Manhattan Associates Case Study

Super Retail Group supports multi-channel approach with Manhattan Associates

Super Retail Group, one of Australasia’s largest specialty retailers with eight brands and more than 585 stores across Australia, New Zealand and China, needed to replace a siloed distribution model as it rapidly expanded. The company faced rising SKU complexity and fragmented legacy IT systems and required a scalable, multi-user distribution network to support multi-brand, multi-channel growth and omnichannel fulfillment.

Super Retail Group implemented Manhattan Associates’ WMOS and Supply Chain Intelligence across its DC network to create shared, multi-user distribution centres, enable global sourcing and support store-ready “ScanPack” shipments. The solution improved inventory visibility and order accuracy, reduced inventory levels, sped replenishment and transportation, exceeded ROI targets, and positioned the business to scale—including plans for larger consolidated DCs and further integration across ERP and WMS systems.
