A Manhattan Associates Case Study
Retail Brand Alliance (RBA), owner of Brooks Brothers, operates 200 U.S. outlets and faced a complex inventory challenge: a large SKU assortment with small per-store quantities that risked stock-outs and inconsistent cross-channel customer service as the business expanded domestically and into Europe. RBA needed greater vendor and inventory transparency to deliver the same high-quality experience in stores, online and by catalog.
RBA deployed Manhattan’s Warehouse Management, Supplier Enablement/Extended Enterprise Management, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management to enable ASNs, in‑transit allocation and near‑real‑time tracking. The project raised vendor order accuracy to 99.85% and vendor compliance to >99.7%, sped order processing by two days, enabled product pre-allocation up to six weeks earlier, touched ~60% of daily volume with replenishment, and is expected to save $200k–$400k annually while improving customer service and freight efficiency.
