PROMAX races past competitors with new supply chain solution

PROMAX Automotive, a Cincinnati-based third-party logistics provider with four distribution centers (including a 615,000 sq. ft. DC), supports major automotive customers such as GM, Nissan and Isuzu. Rapid growth and paper-based inventory processes left PROMAX unable to provide reliable, location-level inventory visibility or meet increasing customer demands.

PROMAX implemented Manhattan SCALE on a Microsoft .NET platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX (go-live in 120 days), enabling RF-enabled warehouse execution and a customer web portal for real-time inventory and work order status. The solution reduced interfaces and simplified processes, raising inventory accuracy from 96% to 98–99%, improving productivity, lowering labor costs, and speeding invoice processing.
