Case Study: Okaïdi achieves a scalable global supply chain and improved inventory control with Manhattan Associates

A Manhattan Associates Case Study

Preview of the Okaidi Case Study

Okaïdi turns to Manhattan solutions to develop distribution model for worldwide use

Okaïdi is a French children’s apparel retailer (headquartered in Roubaix) with more than 560 stores across 55 countries. Rapid international growth exposed the limits of its proprietary warehouse system and created the need for a more efficient, scalable distribution model—developed in two Roubaix facilities—to support global expansion.

Okaïdi implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management and Extended Enterprise Management (integrated with IBM, Motorola RF and Microsoft BizTalk) to optimize receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping and to extend visibility to suppliers. In less than a year the company gained complete control and real-time visibility of inventory, improved accuracy and product availability, and achieved a 10% productivity increase within three months—creating a repeatable distribution model for worldwide use.
