GraysOnline is an Australian online retail and auction company that sells roughly 230,000 items per month. Facing rapid growth after consolidating multiple warehouses into a single Homebush DC, the business needed to reorganise and streamline its supply chain and bring the acquired oo.com.au (≈30,000 SKUs, 10,000 customers/week) into existing operations with minimal downtime and no customer disruption.

GraysOnline implemented Manhattan SCALE WMS, added Vocollect voice-directed picking and integrated a new carrier (Toll). The oo.com.au inventory was migrated in under a month with limited service impact, delivering 15–20% productivity improvements, doubled order-picking capacity, greater inventory visibility and control, improved transportation efficiency and lower costs, faster training, fewer errors and enhanced worker safety.
