A global lifestyle retailer headquartered in the Northeastern U.S., with roughly $3.6 billion in annual revenue and product lines from apparel to home goods and audio/video, needed faster, more flexible e-commerce fulfillment. The company upgraded Manhattan WMS from v2014 to v2018 and deployed Manhattan Order Streaming to move to waveless, promise-date–driven fulfillment—completed in three months.
