Kendra Scott is an Austin-based fashion accessories brand selling online, in more than 100 U.S. stores and through major retailers. When COVID-19 forced store closures and reduced its main distribution center to minimal operations, the company faced severe inventory and fulfillment constraints that threatened sales and its philanthropic Kendra Gives Back program.

Working with Manhattan Associates, Kendra Scott implemented Manhattan Store Order Fulfillment (part of Manhattan Active® Omni) in just six working days, enabling ship-from-store and then curbside pickup. Thirteen stores have shipped over 95% of allotted capacity, online sales resumed, the company hosted hundreds of virtual Kendra Gives Back events using ecommerce coupon codes, and omnichannel capabilities now support continuing sales and community efforts.
