Hayneedle is an online home-goods retailer that grew from a network of 220 niche web stores into a consumer brand with three distribution centers and significant drop-ship volume. Hayneedle implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management for Open Systems plus Distributed Order Management and Supply Chain Intelligence, consolidated distribution, and brought customer care in-house. The new systems gave real-time inventory visibility, more accurate picking, improved shipping service and lower transportation costs, positioning the company for continued direct-to-consumer growth and easier onboarding of future facilities.
