Happigo, a leading omni‑channel home shopping retailer in China founded by Hunan Broadcasting System and operating two warehouses in Changsha (376,737 sq. ft.), faced a scalability problem: its legacy ERP and paper‑based warehouse processes could not support rapid growth, multichannel order fulfilment or rising customer expectations. The company needed a flexible, specialised supply‑chain platform to boost accuracy, efficiency and capacity as it expanded.
Happigo implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management System to manage multichannel distribution, automate picking with RF guidance, and improve inventory visibility and supplier collaboration. After go‑live, average daily shipments rose to 100,000 (three times the pre‑deployment volume) and hit 150,000 on the first day; the project also delivered faster, more accurate order processing, higher picking productivity and better inbound coordination—enabling Happigo to scale for peak demand and future growth.
