Gold City Footwear, a Thailand-based maker and retailer founded in 1950 with more than 2,000 employees and a fast-growing omni-channel presence, needed a more flexible, scalable order-fulfilment capability to support multi-brand retail, expanding e‑commerce and international growth. The company required a WMS that would integrate with its ERP, support wave/batch and single-pick workflows (and future voice technology), and scale across additional warehouses and markets while improving service consistency and inventory accuracy.
