Forever Direct Boosts EMEA Fulfilment Capacity and Service Levels with Manhattan Supply Chain Commerce Solutions

Forever Direct EU BV, the EMEA importer and distributor for Forever Living Products, consolidated its previous network of 11 distribution centres into a new 17,000 sq. m. regional distribution centre in Oud Gastel to serve 93 countries and around 500,000 independent distributors. The move was driven by a need to centralise complex replenishment and direct‑delivery fulfilment (handling orders from 5,000 to 55,000 per month) and to replace an outdated IT landscape with a robust, scalable solution.

Forever Direct implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management (WMS) and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) alongside WCS, ERP, transport and customs systems in a 10‑month rollout; operations now use semi‑automation (pick‑by‑light, sorter) and handhelds with the WMS driving processes. The result is higher productivity, greater inventory and order accuracy, improved service levels across EMEA, and a scalable platform that SCI will continue to monitor and optimise for future growth.
