Fashion Biz is a major Australasian apparel supplier with large distribution centres in Melbourne and Sydney. After years of growth the company faced persistent issues from a paper-based warehouse system — inventory inaccuracy, poor stock and location visibility across sites, inefficient picking and packing, and suboptimal space and labour utilisation — and needed a scalable, paperless WMS to support continued expansion.

Fashion Biz selected Manhattan SCALE for its configurable warehouse optimisation and visibility features and implemented it across Melbourne and the new Sydney site.
