Empik runs distribution operation on Manhattan Supply Chain Platform

Empik, one of Poland’s largest multi‑channel retailers with almost 190 stores and a growing online business serving over 28 million customers annually, faced the challenge of scaling and optimising its supply chain to support rapid e‑commerce growth and maintain high customer service levels. The company needed a centralised, fully configurable warehouse management solution that could integrate with its existing systems and adapt as its distribution processes evolved.

Empik implemented Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management (WMOS) in its 270,000 sq ft Sochaczew distribution centre—initially via a 3PL partner and later migrated in‑house with full on‑site support—completing the switchover smoothly and ahead of schedule.
