Deli XL is a Dutch foodservice wholesaler supplying hotels, caterers and healthcare with some 60,000 SKUs from 16 distribution centres and a 350‑truck fleet. Facing shrinking margins, shorter lead times and heavily customised legacy warehouse systems, the company needed a flexible, scalable distribution platform to support cross‑functional operations and future growth.

Deli XL implemented Manhattan Associates’ SCOPE portfolio (Warehouse Management, Slotting Optimisation and Supply Chain Intelligence) across its network alongside SAP ERP and an ATG e‑commerce platform. The new solution automated and connected processes (scanning, voice picking, track‑and‑trace), improved visibility and control across DCs, increased operational efficiency and agility, and provided scalable capacity to support ongoing growth.
