Century Martial Arts, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of individual contact-sports equipment, operating a single, expanded 550,000 sq ft facility and selling through internet, catalog and retail channels. Facing intense competitive pressure, costly AS400 upgrades and limited warehouse flexibility, Century needed to reduce maintenance costs, improve the customer experience and better support future growth.

Century migrated to a Microsoft .NET client‑server platform and deployed Manhattan SCALE warehouse management, creating a cohesive order management–warehouse–purchasing environment. The change cut maintenance expenses, increased operational flexibility (including extended hours), and the implementation completed eight weeks early and under budget with no shipping downtime during go‑live.
