Catering Engros, a leading Danish food distributor with DKK 1.2 billion revenue and distribution centres in Copenhagen and Middelfart handling some 21,000 SKUs and tens of thousands of cartons daily, faced growing operational strain from paper-based warehouse processes and a legacy ERP that could not provide accurate, real-time stock locations.
