Carhartt, the family-owned workwear maker headquartered in Dearborn, MI with a national distribution center in Hanson, KY, was managing transportation in-house using manual processes and spreadsheets. To support omni-channel fulfillment, improve routing visibility and execution, and control rising shipping spend, the company needed a fast, cloud-based TMS that would free IT from hosting and enable rapid deployment.
