Goya Foods - Customer Case Study

Goya Foods, the largest Hispanic-owned food brand company in the United States, faced a major supply chain challenge as pandemic-driven demand spikes and changing grocery shopping patterns exposed the limits of its legacy technology. Its network spans 12 distribution centers and multiple manufacturing and specialty facilities across Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the U.S., and Spain, and it needed a better way to respond to disruption.

Manhattan Associates implemented its Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) to help Goya synchronize inbound and outbound processes. With Manhattan Associates’ solutions running together, Goya improved distribution and transportation workflows and is now better able to handle demand surges and supply chain disruptions with optimized operations.
