At Home, a Dallas-based home décor superstore with 261 stores across 40 states, needed technology that could keep up with a sharp ecommerce demand spike and new fulfillment methods like curbside pickup and buy online, pickup in store. After evaluating several providers, At Home selected Manhattan Associates and Manhattan Active® Omni to support its growing omnichannel operation.

Manhattan Associates implemented a phased rollout of Manhattan Active Omni, first enabling existing pickup and curbside capabilities, then adding ship-from-store and drop-ship functionality. The new store fulfillment app improved associate efficiency with better picking, routing, and photo guidance, while curbside notifications and digital self-service streamlined customer service. At Home said the platform helped it launch ship-to-customer for the first time in company history and reach that milestone before peak season.
