Manhattan Associates implemented Manhattan Active POS across 36 retail locations in six months, bringing cloud-native upgrades, better customer visibility, and new capabilities such as secure payments, gift card support, loyalty capture, and in-store web returns. The results included a 35% increase in POS throughput, training time of less than an hour for associates, and a more stable system that automatically upgrades and supports buy online, pickup in-store, curbside pickup, and ship-from-store options.
