TeamHealth, a Knoxville‑based clinical staffing firm with about 23,000 employees and nearly 20,000 clinicians working across U.S. health systems, struggled to reach clinicians who were mobile and often outside traditional office environments. Email penetration was limited, and TeamHealth needed a secure, mobile-first way to connect clinicians with leadership, peers, training and critical resources — so after evaluating over 40 providers they selected MangoApps to build a customized communication platform.

MangoApps delivered a tailored mobile collaboration and intranet solution — combining team chat, a training portal, content management and SSO access to 200+ applications — that felt like an in‑house tool. As a result, clinicians became reachable regardless of location, engagement with enterprise news and training increased, continuing education moved into the MangoApps training portal, and TeamHealth retired multiple legacy systems (including file‑sharing tools, SharePoint, a custom LMS, a chat solution and many email licenses), driving measurable cost savings and improved analytics on content consumption.
