Strengthening Connections & Culture Full House’s Success with MangoApps

Full House, a 19‑store furniture chain serving rural towns in South Africa, faced inconsistent, slow communication across widely dispersed locations—many frontline employees don’t have computers and store managers previously relied on fragmented email and phone calls. To strengthen connection, engagement, and culture while making leadership more present remotely, Full House implemented MangoApps’ employee superapp (branded internally as “LekkaChat”) to centralize communication and resources.

MangoApps was rolled out gradually—newsfeeds and a document hub replaced much of internal email, Groups sped up cross‑functional issue resolution, the Learning module tracked training progress, Power BI integration surfaced KPIs for managers, and MangoApps’ AI Helper improved resource discovery. The result was faster, more consistent communication, higher employee engagement and a stronger sense of community, improved training visibility and KPI access for leaders, and a consolidated platform that has significantly reduced reliance on email—delivered and supported by MangoApps.
