How CBHA achieved over 90% monthly employee engagement with MangoApps

Columbia Basin Health Association (CBHA), a federally qualified health center in Othello, Washington with 460+ employees and a workforce made up largely of frontline clinical staff, needed a modern intranet to replace a dated, read‑only platform that limited engagement and customization. CBHA selected MangoApps and launched a branded environment called “Pulse” to better serve both clinical and non‑clinical teams.

MangoApps delivered a customizable digital workplace—featuring dashboards with key links, Groups for team collaboration, Posts and leadership video updates, quizzes and widgets for training and COVID resources—that drove rapid adoption and greater alignment. The change exceeded CBHA’s initial 75% adoption goal, achieving over 90% monthly employee engagement, about 125 monthly participants in the “Learn‑a‑Latte” quizzes, and improved communication and leadership visibility across the organization.
