Australian Cultural Heritage Management (ACHM) is a national leader in cultural heritage management, handling heritage requirements for industrial, civil, urban, mining and resources projects across Australia. ACHM was hampered by a scattered, paper-based management system—policies, procedures, forms and spreadsheets were hard to keep up to date and difficult to locate—so in March 2017 they adopted Mango’s compliance management software (the Mango system) to centralise and simplify QHSE compliance.

Mango was implemented organisation-wide to house all compliance requirements, streamline document updates and provide an Event Management module with alerts and reminders (for example, tracking artifact repatriation tasks). As a result, ACHM achieved triple certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 4801 by July 2017, reported significant reductions in resources needed to manage H&S obligations, and a strong return on investment — an external auditor even stated, “That Mango system is awesome.”
