Techlam NZ, New Zealand’s largest Glulam manufacturer and a leader in structural laminated timber, had outgrown its previous system (PeopleSafe) and faced poor integration, difficult navigation, and low staff adoption. To address these challenges they engaged Mango and adopted the Mango App to centralise compliance and operational information and make the system accessible to everyone.

Mango consolidated Techlam NZ’s compliance data into a single, easy-to-follow platform and provided an easy-to-use app for staff to raise Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) and incidents. As a result Mango improved staff communication and record-keeping, increased manager accountability, and kept the business moving forward by making processes more transparent and consistently followed.
