Ferrier Pumps is a UK leader in pumps with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. They were hampered by a paper‑based, fragmented management system across three sites—keeping the management system up to date consumed too much resource, locating documents was time‑consuming, and endless administrative and H&S tasks were a drain. To tackle these issues Ferrier Pumps implemented Mango’s cloud‑based QHSE/compliance software.

Mango was rolled out across the organisation in early 2016, centralising compliance information, automating administrative tasks, and feeding operational data directly into the system with alerts and document trails. The solution dramatically reduced administration and resource needs, was praised by auditors for its effectiveness, and helped Ferrier Pumps achieve UKAS accreditation for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 by mid‑2017.
